Philosophy: When I was a young man I had a very serious injury. I had to work very hard to get my fitness and lifestyle back. I am passionate about sharing what I learned from that experience with my clients. I believe in pushing my clients safely outside of their comfort zone, so they can experience mental and physical growth.
