Philosophy: Our health is dependent on our ability to keep active both mentally and physically, at all stages of life. There are many ways to accomplish that goal. I believe water can play an important role in accomplishing a healthy lifestyle. Comfort and safety in and around water is important no matter your age or ability. Whether you are water walking, swimming, playing or just listening to the waves, water can bring health and comfort. As in anything patience and time plays a significant part in expanding our abilities.

Hobbies/Specialties: I am a sports fanatic. I am passionate about fitness and sports and I remain active in a wide variety of sports. I have twenty plus years coaching gymnastics; coaching all age and ability levels ranging from beginning recreational, to elite level competitive team and high school coaching. I was a volunteer coach in the Sheboygan Youth Football League. I played full contact football for the Portland Shockwave, a team in a women’s professional league in the West. I loved playing defensive end, safety and defensive back positions. I was recruited by the Olympic speed skating coach years ago after being noticed skating at the Pettit National Ice Center
Philosophy: My philosophy as a coach/instructor is possessing a sincere passion for my work. I aspire to be an excellent example as an educator by being consistent, inspirational, maintaining discipline while praising achievements and commending all to instill a sense of self-worth and pride. What motivates me in coaching is recognizing and believing that I am making a positive difference and impact on all athletes’ lives.
